Living with post traumatic stress over a life time… (aren’t we all!)…especially over the last 5 years, I have learned that managing stress, anxiety and depression was an absolute must. I could no longer handle the multi-tasking and non-stop go that had become my life. Injuries, loss and grief were now taking their toll on my body, mind, and spirit. Mindfulness provided me with the tools to regulate my emotions, reactions and ultimately my relationship to the things that this life journey was presenting to me.
